BrainyCP migration to a new IP Print

Sometimes it is necessary to move the Brainy panel to a new server or simply change the IP address of the panel and websites to a new one.
This task within the panel is not very obvious.

Step 1

Connect to the server via SSH and manually specify the new IP addresses in the panel configuration files in the folders
/etc/brainy/data/users
/etc/brainy/data/vhosts

Step 2

Then, on the page https://SERVER_IP:8000/?do=server_control&p=0, click the button at the bottom of the page, "Rebuild virtual hosts".


Finally, restart nginx or apache, or simply reboot the server.
