1. Hosting Services Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all shared hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund within the first 30 days after the initial purchase. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

After the initial 30-day period, refunds are only available for the unused portion of the service, calculated based on the remaining time until the end of the billing cycle. Partial refunds will also be processed using the original payment method.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team at support@ramendomains.name. We aim to process all eligible refunds within 7 business days.

Please note that any costs related to third-party services or add-ons (e.g., SSL certificates, third-party licenses) are non-refundable.

2. Domain Registration Refund Policy

Domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable.
This is because payments for domain services are immediately processed with domain registries or their intermediaries and are final.

Before registering or renewing a domain name, please double-check the spelling, TLD (e.g., .com, .net), and other parameters. If you experience any issues with a domain, contact our support team immediately so we can assist as far as possible.

3. Dispute Resolution

If you believe there has been an error in billing or service delivery, or you are otherwise dissatisfied, please contact our support team at support@ramendomains.name before initiating a chargeback or formal complaint.

We will make every reasonable effort to resolve your issue fairly and promptly. For any unresolved disputes, we reserve the right to engage with appropriate legal or mediation channels according to the applicable laws of the Republic of Poland.
